Great home for single person

I love College Woods apt love how quiet it is and how its tucked away in a corner near the woods and off the main street. ... People on the street even wave at you as you pass by like a true neighborhood. It's close to the freeways and it is SAFE! This seems like an adult community even though i've seen some kids. You can walk your dog and work out without any drama or disturbance. People here mind their own business too. Yet it's a good neighborhood of adults who respect each other. I love where I live. Great place to call home

It is a safe and lovely place to live. The management team is always there if you need them. They are so kind and efficient. ... The grounds are pretty and well taken care of. If you need a home that is central in location but quiet like the countryside, this is the place to be. Many of my neighbors have been here for years! That says it all! A hidden gem!

I searched for years to find a nice apartment and when I finally found these I instantly fell in love. I have been living ... in college woods apartments for over a year now and I love my apartment! it's quiet, clean and everyone minds their business. I also like how ducked off it is. management is responsive and have gone out of their way to accommodate me on several occasions so I'm satisfied. Besides big water bugs that occasionally get in, or a little ruckus from time to time from younger tenants who are still maturing in age and behavior, I really don't have any complaints and I'm hard to please. highly recommend it here! I love my apartment!

College Woods is hands down the best place I've ever lived. The staff is super courteous and nice. Maintenance man is always ... on his A-game and extremely polite at all times. Rent is a bit costly but it's worth it because of how great this community is! Read More about I love my apartment!
